Understanding Frame Control
Every interaction has a "Frame." If you are apologizing and seeking approval, you are in a "Supplicant Frame." If you are amused and grounded, you are in an "Authority Frame." Controlling the frame means your interpretation of reality is the dominant one. It is not about dominance, but about stability.
