Understanding Outcome Independence
Outcome independence is the bedrock of confidence. It means you approach a social interaction because you want to express yourself, not because you need a specific reaction (validation, a phone number, laughter). When you detach from the outcome, you remove the pressure, which ironically makes you more attractive and charismatic.
